Optimum System Concepts, Inc. is classified as a small business, and employs 61 years of combined experience supporting major Naval Combat System acquisition programs. As the incumbent organization providing training system program management support to the AIR ASW Assault/Special Missions Program (AH-1/UH-1).

OSC’s staff of subject matter experts possesses a current and in-depth understanding of the NAVAIR mission and commitment necessary to provide quality services and products in support of this contract with 12 years of specific program history, continuity, and experience in seven (7) major NAVAIR support functions :

Primary business objective: continue providing high quality training system program management services and to expand its services within the AH-1/UH-1 Program through its performance based marketing strategy.

Training: OSC’s staff has received SAP/SIGMA training in the areas of Project Team Lead, PID/PR and ECP/CCB administration. In addition the professionals at OSC are familiar with all Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project.

Acknowledgements: OSC has received Letters of Appreciation from the H-1 APMTS and the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Program Management Office for its consistent and outstanding support.
